At HeaterDeals UK we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we offer a 30 day return policy on all products.
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the return costs.
However if you have received the item and change your mind or cancel the order after delivery, you will need to pay the return costs. The return cost is dependent on your item value(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Can I change my existing order?
